Meet the Artist – Brad Gregg
When did you start drawing?
As soon as I could hold a crayon.
What are your favorite things to draw?
Faces are fascinating because there is so much that can be expressed in just a few lines.
Who are some of your artistic inspirations?
The inspirations are many for different reasons. Munch for the quality of line, Wally Wood for chutzpah, the Hernandez Bros for honesty in story, Dali for context, Don Martin for thumbs.
Any projects you’re working on or looking forward to?
I’m drawing “Fables of the 46” on RedDirtReport.com, a political strip that wanders into other issues. I’m also pulling together my own publication “Raunch” featuring biweekly comics for adults in a newspaper format.
What’s a good way for fans to check out your work?
You can find me on Facebook and my website.
