Meet the creator: Omar Muzquiz

When did you start drawing?

When I was 5ish I was really into Ben 10 and I would make books filled with the characters and aliens from the show.

What are your favorite things to draw?

I’ve really been into character designing lately. Drawing a really cool looking character is just the best part of knowing how to draw.

Who are some of your artistic inspirations?

Tatsuki Fujimoto, Frank Miller, Taiyo Matsumoto, Ashley Wood, Yoshikazu Ebisu.

Any projects you’re working on or looking forward to working on?

I’m currently in the process of creating zines, prints, and t-shirts for the summer. I’m also in the final stages of completing my capstone comic project for school.
